Q: How do I order and pay for my cover?
A: Please check the “Order” page for the further explanation of the ordering process.

Q: What if i already make the order but there's no respond from Crystal Pro Covers?
A: Usually Crystal Pro Covers will send you a message to confirm your order after you made the order. Don't forget to send me a message to support@crystalprocovers.com and write down what you want with your order (types of ecover you want, design style or color, design idea, etc). After you send me a message, i will reply you message as soon as possible in 24 hours.

Q: How long does it take to design one eBook Cover or Mini Site ?
Usually it takes about 2 days/48 hour and usually your order will be finished one week after the order is made depend on your revision.

Q: What if I want to include certain pictures or logos in my cover?
A: All you have to do is send them to me as an e-mail attachments, together with the description of where do you want me to place them. You can also send us a particular font type and pick the color scheme for your cover.

Q: Do I own the cover that you have designed?
A: Yes! You own the copyright to the cover I design for you. However, it is important to note that your new cover may contain modified clipart. If this is the case the rights to use the clipart automatically pass on to you.

Q: How do you deliver my new cover?
A: The new cover will be sent in ZIP or RAR file format through e-mail attachments.
